We stepped away from filling the house with seedlings to take Maszi for a little walk. The spring sun feels very warm on the odd occasion where it appears!

We picked up this sweet pea hanging basket from Marks & Spencer. Today we planted the seeds. Hannah filled the basket with most of the soil, laid a load of the seeds, then covered them over with the last of the soil. We then splashed it with water and then hung it on the living room curtain pole, where it will stay until the seeds germinate and grow. We will then put the basket out in April.

We saw a little post on tiktok about using the seeds from a bell pepper whilst cooking and sticking them into some soil in a takeaway pot... well its fair to say its been interesting watching the seeds germinate and grow through the sides and appear in large quantities!
